f2f029c5dd experiment(re): retain native model trace and task-cost limits
The real model uses recovered controllers and indexed phi/value relations, but the first native-IR trial still does not beat the traditional local-question workflow. Record actual whole-task usage and prepare value-origin and small-function counterexamples.

Analyze {{artifact_path}} statically. In inflate (entry 0xc1e0), study the header
accumulator join immediately before the wrapper checks, at the block whose
instruction origin starts at 0xd9c9. Identify each incoming source of the 64-bit
accumulator used to build/check the zlib header. Bind the alternatives to their
predecessor control-flow paths and the instructions that add bytes or retain the
previous accumulator. Explain the byte order and which concrete values or path
conditions remain unknown from static analysis. Give supporting addresses and
real Evidence references. A local value-origin explanation is sufficient; do not
claim that a path is feasible from function entry without supporting evidence.
