morluto 459c0951f2 fix(analysis): propagate typed cancellation across batch stages ...

Stop dispatching later resolution, identity and pseudocode stages after typed cancellation; settle already dispatched work. Preserve ordinary partial failures and stop queued graph traversal.

Validation: public MCP cancellation and partial-failure controls.
