morluto ee9bf58abc fix(mcp): materialize catalog identity at the JSON boundary ...

Keep lazy cached catalog calculation internal; publish catalog counts and digests as plain data. This repairs binary_session and doctor output after inert JSON validation.

Validation: production stdio MCP doctor and invalid-probe controls pass; build, static and docs checks pass.
