* fix(native): reject empty Swift class vtable owner before slot insertion

Throw an explicit RangeError within the descriptor recovery block when a Swift class vtable descriptor class name is empty. This prevents emitting malformed slots that fail final schema validation, allowing partial coverage and valid sibling descriptors to be preserved. Fixes #4369
