Aliya Pazylbekova 7c0365679f Add GGP build support 
- Disable GL and GLES drivers on GGP
- Add flags to keep symbols in release builds. Adds
minimal debug info that preserves backtraces.
- Disable python modules and qrenderdoc for GGP
