- Add a new combo box and button to camera settings for mesh viewer
- Add a new dialog window for custom axis mappings
- Implement the axis mappings in gl driver (other drivers to come)

Windows build

To build with PySide2 support or SSL support in Qt download this zip and unzip to this folder (the 3rdparty/ in the zip should go into the 3rdparty/ folder here) before building.
