Jake TurnerandBaldur Karlsson 8a85d15386 Added wrapped MTLRenderPipelineState & MTLTexture
Implemented capture serialisation for APIs:
MTLDevice::newRenderPipelineStateWithDescriptor
MTLDevice::newTextureWithDescriptor

Workaround to prevent Metal capture library assert triggering on the bridge MTLTexture object, add protocol "MTLTextureImplementation" to class "ObjCBridgeMTLTexture"
