Aras PranckeviciusandBaldur Karlsson 784156cc23 Disable "Recompress capture" on images

When renderdoc opens an image file, it treats it as a
"somewhat special" capture. However compressing it only corrupts
the source image file, without doing anything useful. So disable
that menu item for "image" captures.

Windows build

To build with PySide2 support or SSL support in Qt download this zip and unzip to this folder (the 3rdparty/ in the zip should go into the 3rdparty/ folder here) before building.
