baldurk 0fb918909e Fix ordered list editor to look up row instead of caching

* The widget was persistent so caching the row in the callback could lead to an
  invalid (or wrong) row being used.

Windows build

To build with PySide2 support or SSL support in Qt download this zip and unzip to this folder (the 3rdparty/ in the zip should go into the 3rdparty/ folder here) before building.
