The F-Droid recipe works around the old "null" read with
`sed 's/${FLUTTER_BRIDGE_VERSION}/<version>/'`, and its auto-update
copies that line into every new version. The 1.5.0 recipe pinned 3.24.5
and then 3.47.7, but flutter_rust_bridge codegen only works with the
Flutter version bridge.yml uses (3.22.3). Pass the unbraced variable to
prepare_flutter so that sed no longer matches the call.
