fufesou 9b43e0e683 fix: release Flutter-held keys before focus-changing shortcuts ...

Drain ordinary keys owned by the original session before run-on-key-up
actions and native clipboard callbacks. Preserve Mute holds, pending-action
cancellation and Web clipboard key-down activation.

Document the required Web matcher counterpart in the bridge:
rustdesk/rustdesk-web-js@94abe431d6

Validation: 61 native Flutter tests, 32 Chrome/HTML tests, targeted analysis
and Windows debug build.
