3 people 5406950b02 fix(macos): open Screen Recording settings from Configure (#16452) ...

CGRequestScreenCaptureAccess shows its prompt only once per app. After
the user denies it, or after an update changes the code signature,
pressing Configure on the Screen Recording banner did nothing. Open the
Screen & System Audio Recording pane as well, so the button always
leads somewhere the user can grant access.
