Small follow-up to #410 that handles the final CodeRabbit export-hardening notes after merge.

- Treat initial destination `EEXIST` as recoverable so the safe replacement fallback can run on Windows.
- Check local-read approval before `realpath`/`stat`, then keep the realpath re-check for symlink protection.
- Adds focused regression coverage for the initial `EEXIST` path.

Validation:
- `npm test -- electron/ipc/register/export.test.ts electron/ipc/export/native-video.test.ts` (`67` tests)
- `npx biome check --formatter-enabled=false electron/ipc/register/export.ts electron/ipc/register/export.test.ts`
- `npx tsc --noEmit`
- `git diff --check`

CodeRabbit reported no actionable comments on the latest head.

Phạm Thị Minh Hồng b1f4bfae3b Merge pull request #410 from meiiie/perf/native-chunked-export-fastpath 
Adds guarded native Windows D3D11 and NVIDIA CUDA export compositors for supported Lightning/static-layout MP4 exports, while keeping WebCodecs/WebGL fallback for unsupported feature combinations.

Includes release hardening for native output validation, safe file replacement, CJS bundle smoke checks, helper manifest verification, recording diagnostics, and the Windows browser mic path that fixed the reported crackle/noise issue in beta testing.

Validation before merge:
- `npx tsc --noEmit`
- focused export/audio/telemetry/unit coverage (`92` + `27` tests across the latest hardening passes)
- scoped Biome checks on touched release-gate files
- `npx vite build --config vite.config.ts`
- `node scripts/smoke-electron-main-cjs.mjs`
- `npm run smoke:packaged-binaries`
- `git diff --check`

Known release-safe gates still fall back intentionally: video backgrounds, annotation/caption/frame overlays, missing helper-readable webcam sources, unsupported audio modes, odd output dimensions, and any native helper output that fails validation.
