chore(cache): bump AST schema to 12 for the Java/C-C++/JS batch

Java inherited-supertype and chained/new/cast receiver typing (#4305,
#4307), C/C++ cross-directory quoted-include provenance (#4392), and
JS external imports anchored to the package rather than the path leaf
(#3092) all change AST extraction output, so warm caches must
re-extract.
