docs(readme): surface demo and benchmarks above the docs hub, number the headings

- move the Documentation link hub below See-it-in-action, What-it-does,
and Benchmarks, so a skimmer sees real output and numbers before a
  wall of external links
- let the outcome-bearing headings carry a true number already in the
body: 'Benchmarks: 0.497 recall@10, 0 LLM credits' and
'What files it handles: ~40 languages'

## What files it handles
## What files it handles: ~40 languages
graphify parses ~40 programming languages locally with tree-sitter AST, and maps docs, PDFs, images, and audio/video through an optional semantic pass. Full list: **[Supported inputs](https://docs.graphify.com/concepts/supported-inputs)**.
