YyunozorandClaude Opus 4.8 089939197f fix(extract): bind an unqualified call to the caller's own class in Java/C#/Scala/C++ (#4252) ...

An unqualified call fell through to a file-wide last-writer-wins label map, so
it bound to the last-declared same-named method. Walk the caller's class chain
(own class + in-file bases nearest-first, then enclosing classes) and bind a
single hit; fail-closed on a tie; free functions/constructors still resolve.
