Mahaboob pasha 1f078a3ee9 fix(extract): don't emit L1 for zero-byte files ...

A 0-byte file has no line 1, so the file node's source_location=L1 was an
anchor that can never resolve. Leave it None (how other location-less file
nodes already look) in the shared tree-sitter path, and keep the node: an
empty __init__.py is still a module other files import.

Closes #4041
