CLOCKZW 438a050e08 test(elixir): assert defguardp private guards are extracted ...

#4027 taught the Elixir extractor defmacro, defmacrop, defguard and
defguardp, but the regression test only exercised the first three. Add a
defguardp clause to the fixture and assert its node is extracted, so
dropping defguardp from the extractor's keyword list fails this test.

Closes #4076
