Ziyu Dong b9f95739ca fix(serve): accept the bracketed Host header of an IPv6 HTTP bind ...

`--transport http --host ::1` put the bare literal into the DNS-rebinding
allowlist (`::1`, `::1:8080`), but clients reaching http://[::1]:8080
send `Host: [::1]:8080`, so every request was rejected with 421 and the
server was unusable on an IPv6 loopback bind. Bracket an IPv6 literal
before building the allowlist; foreign Host headers are still rejected.
