Agnik47 69d87e0f1b fix(llm): merge ollama num_ctx into extra_body instead of replacing it ...

The ollama branch of _call_openai_compat assigned extra_body outright,
so the {"thinking": {"type": "disabled"}} body that
GRAPHIFY_DISABLE_THINKING sets a few lines earlier was discarded and the
flag was silently inert on that backend. Merge the num_ctx / keep_alive
defaults into whatever is already there.

A provider-supplied extra_body is unaffected: that case already skips
the ollama defaults entirely.

Part of #3988.
