Deepjyoti-Sarmah f5300d5490 test(dedup): pin edge rename when built from a subdirectory of the root (#4281) ...

Run from a subdirectory of the scan root, a root-relative node path is resolved
against the CWD, so the renamed node's key stops matching its edges' and the
edges stay on the survivor. Fails on v8; fixed in the next commit.
