Updated the man page to reflect the new gsmartcontrol-root syntax.

The previous commit also contained the following changes:
The gsmartcontrol-root wrapper script now properly escapes the arguments
before passing them to gsmartcontrol.
gsmartcontrol-root has a new argument "--desktop=..." which replaces the old
positional argument; compatibility with the old invokation syntax has been
retained.
