Alexander Shaduri 154b609576 Removed logo from About dialog (it wasn't working). 
Changed back to Windows 2000 compatibility - apparently gtk3 in cross/mingw supports XP.
Updated svn ignore flags for new autotools-generated files.
Updated debian and spec files to reflect new gtk3 requirements.
Enabled dpiAware flag for Windows - gtk3 should support it properly.
Rewrote win32/win64 packaging to pick proper files (including gtk3).
Removed nogtk distribution generation code (it doesn't make sense without gtk installer).
Changed configure-dev to support msys- and cross-based mingw (win32 and win64).

Alexander Shaduri bbe3bac923 Make sure we write some data from the Info window on Save Output if only basic 
data is available.
Fixed a harmless "Number of written bytes doesn't match the data size" warning.
Added support for SSD-only and HDD-only vendor attributes.
Added the latest (r3897 / 2014-04-28) attributes from smartmontools.
Increased the Info window size a bit.

Alexander Shaduri 2293e357f4 Increased main window size a bit to avoid the iconview shift down each time an 
icon is selected.
Added some scsi-output properties to full parser to avoid console warnings.
Devices having only basic info can be displayed now in the info window.

Alexander Shaduri a0b235dd8a Increased timeouts when executing commands before the "Cancel" dialog is 
shown; this helps with constant focus stealing from other windows when
smartctl is too slow (usually under Windows).

Alexander Shaduri 462d465f3a Modified all glade files to use gtk 2.8 compatibility (not sure if it works). 
Removed "tooltip_text" properties from all glade files, "tooltip" should be
enough.
Set the "activates_default" property on all relevant entries in glade files;
this will make the Enter key activate the default dialog action when these
entries are focused.
Added some clarifying text to Add Device dialog.
Clarified the per-drive parameters section (what it does) in Preferences.
Added a confirmation dialog in case the user doesn't set the Parameters field
in one of the Per-Drive Parameters entries.
Added a "Smartctl Options" section to README/Help.
Clarified the difference between smartctl.exe and smartctl-nc.exe in a
tooltip.
Improved some other tooltips.

The read /proc files are now cached to avoid needless re-reading.
