Add the package name to the icons and ui paths
...
CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_DATADIR gives the read-only
architecture-independent data root without the package name, so
BuildEnv::package_pkgdata_dir() only returns that ("/usr/share" or
equivalent). This adds the package name to the appropriate search
paths in app_init_and_loop().

Use the canonical nlohmann json include path
...
As documented in https://github.com/nlohmann/json , the canonical
include path for json.hpp is nlohmann/json.hpp. Tihs updated the
vendored dependency to match, so that gsmartcontrol can more easily be
built using a system-installed copy of nlohmann json as well as the
vendored copy.
