Reimplement locale stuff in hz (adding different controls for C and C++
locales), also take the recent locale-related changes in gtkmm into account.
Cleanups in snprintf-related code, portable_snprintf().
Added doxygen-style comments to some hz headers.
Better console redirection handling for win32.
Blacklisted linux device mapper devices (annoying in LVM setups).
Added beesu support and generally improved gsmartcontrol-root script (this is
needed for Fedora 14 which doesn't have any old supported su mechanisms).
Added "menu" dependency for deb packages.
Added kdev4 project.
