* StatisticsTracker
    move small stat maps to in-memory ConcurrentMaps
    update processedSeedRecords for new ObjectIdentityCache shape
    move hostsDistribution/hostsBytes/hostsLastFinished tracking to CrawlHosts/hostsCache
* CrawlSummaryReport
    gets hosts count from hostsCache
* SeedRecord
    implement IdentityCacheable
* FetchStats
    remember last-success times
