fix(dashboard): keep Home's recent apps inside their card on tablets

Each recent app was a fixed 200px inside 1fr columns, whose minimum is
that width, so in the half-width card on a landscape iPad the second
column ran past the card's edge and its name was cut off with the
ellipsis out of view. The rows now shrink with their column.
