With the /group/* routes gone, `getByUid` had no production caller left — the routes were the only thing that read a group back. Removing it takes the row decoder and the GroupRow type with it, since they exist only to shape its result. What remains is `addUsers`/`removeUsers`: signup, save_account, OIDC and the self-hosted admin bootstrap all assign group membership. Permissions attached to a group are read through PermissionStore, which joins the junction table itself and never needed the store. Tests that wanted a group id now select it, which is all `getByUid` was doing for them.
