docs(firmware): document the Windows Unblob submodule checkout (#6464)

On Windows, the pinned Unblob commit cannot be checked out because 11
upstream fixture paths under tests/integration/ are invalid on NTFS.
Document the verified sparse-checkout workaround and point Windows
contributors to it from CONTRIBUTING.
