Make it extra clear that RenderDoc needs to find the Android SDK

RenderDoc requires some tools from the Android SDK to function. On windows these usually ship with the RenderDoc package, but if you are on Linux or you have trouble please see below in the Troubleshooting section about configuring your Android SDK.
