baldurk 9ffa334268 Set empty pixmap before setting text on pipeline state labels

* Setting an empty pixmap seems to clear out the text also sometimes. This order
  should always be safer.

Windows build

To build with PySide2 support or SSL support in Qt download this zip and unzip to this folder (the 3rdparty/ in the zip should go into the 3rdparty/ folder here) before building.
