Twenty community pull requests: Java/C-C++/Python/Swift/Go/PowerShell/C#
/JS extraction and call-resolution fixes, EJS extractor, dedup and
shrink-guard hardening, and query/graph.html ergonomics. The AST cache
schema is bumped (now 12), so the first build after upgrading
re-extracts.
