ayushcodes10 eadf123fa9 Add a regression test for the source less collision survivor ...

Covers the exact repro from issue 4492: a node with a source_file and
one without, sharing an id that neither file encodes. Checks both
arrival orders keep the sourced node, matching the sibling order
independent tests already covering the lifecycle and path form
tiebreaks right next to it.
