Rudy CelekliandClaude Opus 5.5 8b06e7033c fix(prs): keep a default branch name that contains a slash ...

The git symbolic-ref fallback in _detect_default_branch kept only the last
path segment of refs/remotes/origin/<branch>, so a default branch named
release/2.x came back as 2.x and every PR targeting it was classified
WRONG-BASE. Strip the refs/remotes/origin/ prefix instead.
