Apple support for capture keys F11, F12, PrtScrn

Implemented bool GetKeyState(int key)
Added apple_helpers.mm
apple_isKeyPressed() & apple_initKeyboard()
keyboard capturing is implemented using addLocalMonitorForEventsMatchingMask
