baldurk 856c838def Update copyright years to 2026 and fix copyright ranges
* In a previous update in 2021 many copyright ranges were truncated
accidentally, and some files have been copy-pasted with wrong years. These
dates have been fixed based on git history and original copyright messages.

baldurk e5f4ca7bb8 Remove use of const char * in public API and OS specific where possible
* This prevents unnecessary conversions back and forth between rdcstr and const
char * when going through interfaces. In the OS specific layer this is rarely
an issue because most of the implementations don't convert to rdcstr, but it
is convenient to be able to pass in an rdcstr directly. The few cases where
there's an unecessary construction of an rdcstr is acceptable.
* A couple of places in the public API need to return a string from a global
function, so can't return an rdcstr due to C ABI, so they still return a const
  char *.
* Similarly const char * is kept for logging, to avoid a dependency on rdcstr
and because that's one place where unnecessary conversions/constructions may
  be impactful.

baldurk d408f77241 Add configuration system for core renderdoc module
* This allows persistent config storage and registering tweak variables that
works independent of the UI's configuration.
* Config vars can be debug only, which means they will be compiled out in stable
version releases. This allows for debug-logging tweaks that are available in
all builds (including nightly builds) for diagnostic purposes, but have zero
  overhead in stable releases.
* Variables have a loose hierarchy defined with _ or . to separate nodes.

* When needed on windows we convert to/from UTF-8. For most places this is easy
enough, the callstack processing is now moved to store most data as UTF-8 in

baldurk e7ef61b15c Launch adb in its own working directory
* This means if we're launching a system copy of adb, we don't have a dangling
process holding a reference to our folder. Mostly relevant during development
when we might want to clear the build but adb is running keeping the folder
  alive.

baldurk 8903c8c1fa Search for Android SDK in common locations on macOS
* Environment variables still take priority, but it can be common for them not
to be set so we need to look here.

baldurk afb67f9035 Use library location not binary location to locate relative paths
* This means that things will work successfully even if the 'executable' is
actually e.g. python3 in a system directory and nowhere related to where the
  renderdoc library is.

baldurk 12e43443ab Shut down adb when closing qrenderdoc if it's our adb
* This has some possible problems - e.g. if one copy of qrenderdoc is closed and
kills the server used by another copy. However it seems impossible to reliably
manage adb and we need to ensure we don't leave the process lingering around.
* At the moment 95% of users don't use android, so it's most important that they
  have a smooth experience.
* This was the cause of problems around updating versions because adb.exe would
hang around and then be 'in use' and not able to be overwritten.
