Implemented most build settings as constexpr functions and ported most of macro-based conditional compilation to if constexpr(); this significantly improves code quality and the chance of build success on different platforms and build configurations.

Change current path to gsmartcontrol directory before running smartctl - this should fix not being able to find "smartctl-nc" when CWD differs from gsmartcontrol installation directory, as it may happen when running gsmartcontrol from cmd.

Refactored InstanceManager (now WindowInstanceManager) to manage all window instances, keep them alive and have the ability to destroy them; this avoids any manual "delete" calls, and fixes a (newly introduced) crash on exit.

Fix barely readable info cell texts
...
By simply resetting values, the rendered cell text colors are barely
readable. Setting Pango::WEIGHT_NORMAL instead of resetting seems to fix this
nicely without any negative consequences.

Stop installing app icon in pixmaps location
...
The /usr/share/pixmaps location is considered a legacy location for
application icons; since the application icons are already installed in
the global XDG hicolor theme, then simply stop installing the 48px one
in the legacy pixmaps location.
